This course includes only bonito dishes.A premium full course meal prepared with Italian techniques using ingredients sourced through the owner's own channels, left to the chef's discretion.Each person is served one plate of seasonal ingredients, including vegetables caught that morning, fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port, and aged A5 Wagyu beef.It comes with dessert and an after-dinner drink, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with someone special or with wine.

Example: Daisen chicken liver paste and petit caprese
●Cold appetizer/Antipasto
Example: Carpaccio of fresh wild fish delivered directly from Nezumigaseki Fishing Port in Yamagata Prefecture
●Hot appetizer/Antipasto
Example: Bagna cauda and sautéed seafood made with vegetables from Hakone Sugimasa Farm
●Pasta/Primo piatto
Example: Handmade tagliatelle with four kinds of mushroom cream sauce
●Meat main dish/Secondo piatto
Example: Charcoal grilled A5-grade aged Wagyu beef
